Many sporting teams and other professions often create their own personalized clothing items like hats, tee-shirts and belt buckles displaying the company or team name. For instance, firemen usually wear sweats, tees, and windbreakers that include the number of their Fire Station. Truckers, basketball players, golfers and just about every profession enjoys the fun and camaraderie of creating its own line of apparel and accessories showing the mascot, colors, or logos of the profession. This is a great way to let the world know that you love tennis, basketball, or even stamp collecting or photography.

Inola Castings is recognized as a market leader in the production of innovative metal products. Our brand became popular after 1991 when we were asked to create a special bracelet for the family and friends of servicemen and women in the Persian Gulf. The resulting bracelet was not only stunning but was responsible for raising over $3,000 for the USO. And then after the tragic 9/11 incident, we were commissioned to manufacture the “United We Stand” lapel pin. This pin was a huge hit from Day One and raised over $400,000 for various September 11th causes.
Many customers are curious about our manufacturing process. Our design process starts with your idea, sketch or drawing. Our graphics department works the sketch up into a professional design. Once the customer approves the design, a template is produced based on it. This is then diecast in zinc alloy or pewter using a silicon or rubber mold. Next it goes into the manufacturing process where molten metal in poured into the mold, then allowed to cool.
After this, the object receives a custom design finish based on your order. Belt buckles can be bronze, silver plated or painted; there are many beautiful methods of finishing. Our price includes up to six fresh colors. Once painted or finished, the buckle is coated with a sealant that protects the finish for years to come. One thing our clients love is that our manufacturing facility is located in the United States and all our products are Made in the USA.
