Inola Castings was founded in 1990 by George Freeman, a man who, according to his daughter, Stephani Freeman, never believed he would ever be rich. He devoted his business to the well-being of his own family, the families of his workers, and of the community. Located in the small and tightly knit town of Inola, Oklahoma, Inola Castings has answered the call of service several times throughout its existence.

When Operation Desert Storm began in 1991 as part of the Gulf War, a couple stepped into the Inola Castings office with a unique request. They wanted to have bracelets made to show their support for their son and soldier. That simple request resulted in a flow of many more, and ultimately Inola Castings was producing specialized Desert Storm bracelets for family and friends of soldiers in the war, raising $3,000 for the United Service Organization (USO).

Again, in 1993, this time after a tornado had ripped through Catoosa, Oklahoma, Inola Castings designed a pin, which raised $10,000 to help with rebuilding the town. After the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing, the “Healing in the Heartland” pin raised $150,000. Yet again after the September 11 World Trade Center tragedies in New York City, Inola Castings contributed to the nation’s efforts to heal with the sale of the United We Stand pin, raising $400,000.

In 2003, after the start of Operation Iraqi Freedom, Inola Castings designed a mini Support Our Troops dog tag that raised $110,000 for the USO.

A family business with dedicated and loyal employees, and a group of loyal customers, Inola Castings developed a rich tradition of not only stellar, humane, and respectable service, but of giving back to the community. Inola Castings continues with the same American principles. The company’s values are also reflected in the staunch commitment to make their diverse lines of pewter and zinc cast products entirely in the United States. This commitment is one that, not only reflects Freeman’s love for his people and country, but also contributes to local, regional, and national economic development.

Inola Castings’ major specialty is custom made belt buckles. You can request customized belt buckles of any style and flavor. Small or large belt buckles, women’s or mens belt buckles or even cowboy belt buckles. In addition to belt buckles, Inola Castings supplies a diversity of other custom-made metal adornments and products.
