Now, before you place an order with Inola Castings for your cool belt buckles, you should remember the following considerations:
Design team. If you don’t already have a design, our team can craft a design for you. All you need to do is provide us with your concept and logo (if applicable). With custom belt buckles, you don’t have to make do with run-of-the-mill designs. If you don’t find the shape you look in the samples we provided in our website, you can order the shape you want. When it comes to design, your imagination is the limit with custom belt buckles. We can use your description or drawing to provide it into artwork ready for manufacture.
Belt buckle structure and manufacturing process. Belts usually have a hook (for snap-adjust leather belts) and a loop to hold the “tongue” or the other end of the belt. The belt buckles are produced using the spin casting method where the metal (usually zinc or pewter) is die cast into the mold. If needed, color is added. The belt buckle is polished or added with finishing, depending on your preference.
Simple ordering process. We make it a point to have a simplified ordering process. All you need to do is send the proposed design and specifications (kind of metal, dimensions, number of belt buckles), we’ll take a look at it provide you with the quote. We can also provide suggestions as to the best metal and finish will work best with your design based on our experience and expertise. We will start production once you give the “go ahead”.
Warranty. We are confident with the quality of our products. Our custom name belt buckles are made with care and attention to detail. If, upon receipt of the products, you find something that is not to your satisfaction due to manufacturing errors, you can simply send back the items and we will fix them for you.
Quantity. There is no minimum order quantity. In fact, you can order one custom buckle. However, keep in mind that larger orders of any one design result in lower costs per belt buckle.
Trademarks. It is very important to consider whether your design is copyrighted. Any trademarked design or designs with license marks should be accompanied with the license for such designs. This means that you hold the license for the designs requested, or, at least proof of permission for you to use the trademark. All orders are accepted with the agreement that Inola Castings will not be held liable for claims of damages resulting from a trademark infringement. The customer takes full responsibility for any violation of a trademark or copyright.
Delivery. Production will usually three to four weeks, depending on the kind of belt buckle and the intricacy of the design.
